Handmade pottery can be cleaned with warm water and mild soap. Avoid abrasive sponges or cleaners that could scratch the surface of the pottery. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.

Yes, unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the product description, all glazes used on my kitchenware items are food safe and contain no lead or metals.

Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as placing a hot mug, bowl etc. in cold water or a cold mug, bowl etc. in a hot oven. Handle pottery carefully and avoid dropping it or hitting it against hard surfaces.

Ceramic items with lusters (a shiny, metallic or iridescent finish applied to the surface of the ceramic piece) should not be microwaved.

All items under kitchenware are dishwasher and microwave safe, although, not recommended to help the longevity of the product.

Microwave-safe dishes may be too hot to handle so please handle your piece with caution.
